Device is retaining old Google user names and passwords, as seen when…

  • Student is using a personally owned device
  • Device is used with other Google accounts
  • Student successfully logs into Clever
  • Student Uses Clever to launch Google apps (Mail, docs, sheets, Meet, etc…)
  • Student gets this screen and is not able to enter correct information:


There are 2 options to resolve this:
  1. Delete cookies, passwords, history and try again (process differs between Mac/Windows/ChromeOS)
  2. Before going to Clever, open a New Incognito Window (on a windows PC, Ctrl+Shift+N)
