The mission of the Benjamin Franklin Classical Charter Public School Parent Advisory Council (PAC) is to support children with special needs and their families. To attain this goal, PAC promotes a network for parents of children with special needs and provides a forum to share information and discuss matters of concern and interest for children with special needs. We also advise the Director of Student Services and our Board of Trustees on the operation and development of special education programs.
We promote communication between our community as well as local, state and national organizations that support children with special needs. We promote communication and programs within the community to encourage understanding, acceptance, and inclusion of children with special needs and we provide informational forums for parents, educators, students, and professionals involved with children with special needs.
