Following the community presentation of SCREENAGERS we are coordinating a Screen Free Weekend for our families.  We have events planned on Friday, Saturday and Sunday and we hope you will join us to Disconnect and Reconnect!
Friday, April 28th
Jeans Day FundraiserAll students, faculty and staff are encouraged to join in on a Jeans Day Fundraiser  for a $1 minimum donation to benefit the Elisha Project.

If you’re not familiar with this amazing organization you can find out more just a little further down in this issue of Ben’s Buzz. We are organizing a family service day with the Elisa Project on Saturday, April 29th and we hope you will consider joining us.
Friday, April 28th
Family Trivia Night
BFCCPS Families are invited to attend a family trivia night with Wise Guys Trivia
 
The event is open to 15 teams each with eight participants. Pair up with your BFCCPS friends to join a team, not only will you have a chance to win prizes, but you’ll also be recognized as this year’s Family Trivia Champion!  The winning team name will be recognized for years to come on a Trivia Night plaque! We hope you will join us!  
Register your team here and forward your registration fee of $25 per team payable to BFCCPS to the front office.

Saturday, April 29th 
Family Service Day 
We invite you to join us at the Elisha Project to serve the homeless by making and delivering hot lunches. The Elisha Project is a non-profit organization so this service project will also incorporate monetary donations to cover the costs.
Twenty spaces adult are available to start, you are welcome to bring your children to volunteer alongside you as a family event.Please note: Adult volunteers are asked to contribute $55 per person to cover the cost of the lunch supplies for 10 lunches.  Students can volunteer for free with an accompanying paid adult volunteer.

Sunday, April 30th
Family Bike Day

 

Meet up with other BFCCPS families on the Milford Bike Path!  It’s a great opportunity to enjoy some fresh air, and connect with other BFCCPS Families on the trail.

Why not wear your PCO Spirit Wear or a previous year’s Field Day t-shirts to help share your school spirit? Gently used BFCCPS spirit wear can be found in the gym share bin located next to the Trophy Case in the modular.

 
Pack your picnic lunch and plenty of water, we hope to see you there! 
 
Sweet Treat at TC Scoops
Following the family bike ride, please stop by TC Scoops!  From 1-4 pm a portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Elisha Project!

TC Scoops offers Hershey’s hard ice cream, sherbet, sorbet, frozen yogurt & no sugar added ice cream. FoMu (vegan) ice cream is also available in several flavors.
