Welcome to the 7th grade community service project info page.  This spring, the seventh graders in Ms. Herliczek’s homeroom visited the DelCarte Conservation Area for a watershed clean up.  The clean up was part of a citizen science project, whereby  students logged their clean up data on trash collection forms provided by the Ocean Conservancy.   Students will be also report their findings to the Charles River Watershed Association.

The students gathered a total of 27 pounds of trash from the conservation area on May 29th, 2014.  The students are planned to return to the site again next year to compare their data.
