It’s hard to comprehend that today is the last day of school for students in Kindergarten through Grade Seven. On behalf of everyone at BFCCPS, we have been in awe of the fortitude displayed by our students and parents over these last fourteen weeks. This is in no way how we had envisioned our first year in our new home; but together we have persevered. No matter what the future holds for the fall of 2020; I know that we will be ready to face it together.

Mrs. Hiatt has put together another fun video designed to send the students off for the summer. I hope you’ll be inspired by todays staff video for the kids and that your family will take lots of time to read over the summer months; after all reading is such a great escape. To quote Oprah Winfrey “Reading is a way for me to expand my mind, open my eyes, and fill up my heart.”

Please enjoy the summer break to the very best of your ability; you can keep us posted on your adventures by posting photos in this album or visiting the BFCCPS Parents Facebook Page.
We will miss you keep reading Ben Franklin.
