BFCCPS 7th graders are partnering with the Epilepsy Foundation New England (EFNE) to collect clothes, linens, and shoes as a fundraiser for their 7th grade trip to Quebec. This clothing drive will not only help support services for people with epilepsy all over New England, but it will also help us raise money for Quebec 2019!!

It’s time to clean out your closets, go through your drawers, replace those curtains, and worn out towels/sheets– and DONATE IT ALL !

When:        Clothing will be collected from Sept. 11th – Oct. 3rd

Where:       Drop clothes (in plastic bags please) at BFCCPS

                  Courtyard before school and during school hours.

 

What: All donated textiles (shoes,clothing,linens) are to be placed in tied plastic trash bags

(13 gallon & up), boxes, or totes and placed in the designated barrels outside the school. The barrels will be labeled and located to the left of the walkway to the main office, near the shed.  (See list of acceptable items below)

Keep in mind the following list of acceptable items:

Clothes and shoes: Any article of clothing or shoes, including outerwear (even mittens, gloves, boots/shoes and socks that don’t have a pair!)

Accessories: Handbags, neckties, scarves, belts, backpacks, fanny packs, wallets, other bags

Other items you might not think about, but are accepted:

Uniforms, costumes, fabric/fabric scraps, bathrobes, cloth napkins, pillowcases, kitchen towels, bath towels, drapes, curtains, sheets, blankets, comforters, duvet covers, tablecloths, pot holders, sofa and chair covers

*All items are accepted in any condition – anything that cannot be worn/used will be recycled  

**All items will receive a tax deductible receipt by request -­please see front office.

***No household items.
