Welcome 4th Grade Students

My name is Mrs. Lockhart and I have worked at BFCCPS for 13 years. First, as a middle school inclusion aide and for the last five years as a fourth grade classroom assistant. All five of my children went to this fabulous school. I've loved working with Mrs. Oelkers and Ms. Condon and I look forward to working with our new teachers and students.  Welcome!
