"To the students, families, and faculty of BFCCPS,
I am honored to be a part of Benjamin Franklin Classical Charter Public School community for 2 years so far! As an educator, I believe that my role in students’ education is one of coach and mentor, fostering and modeling core values of respect for each other, embracing cultural differences, instilling tolerance to divergent opinions and ideas, perseverance and growth in everything that you do in life. I am committed to students’ academic progress and challenging them everyday to do and be their best. I’m invested in helping them become open-minded, compassionate, respectful, well-rounded individuals who would be ready for the real world.
Originally I came from Russia. I graduated from South Ural State University with Master’s degree in Theoretical and Applied Linguistics. Also, I graduated from Art School which helped me in applying creativity to my teaching practices. I traveled a lot in my life which gave me great international experience and taught me tolerance and understanding. My international background helps me relate to my students and gives me a greater understanding of linguistic and cultural challenges they might face.
I have extensive experience teaching in Russia and in the United States. I love teaching, it’s my passion! I also love fine and applied arts, especially Russian Silk painting, which I have been teaching as an enrichment program for 4 years. I enjoy traveling and baking.
I look forward to meeting you all and getting to know you! Please feel free to email me with any questions or concerns you have about your child.
