For staff at the Benjamin Franklin Classical Charter Public School, to manage or view a calendar, you need to first add the calendar to your My calendars list.

Add an Official BFCCPS Calendar:

To add a resource to your My calendars list:

1. Login to your account and access your calendar.

2. Click the down arrow by Other calendars and then select Browse Interesting Calendars. View screen shot below.


3. Click the More tab. View screen shot below.


4. Click Resources for View screen shot below.


5. Find the calendar you want to add and click Subscribe.

If users follow these steps, the resource appears in their Other calendars list, where they can view the resource but not edit or manage it, unless you have been given that privilege.
