Our biggest announcement during Digital Learning Day is the introduction of the BFCCPS Twitter account: @bfccps. We will begin rolling out “tweets” slowly and would like to have our community follow @bfccps for updates on exciting events taking place throughout the day! Another way to connect with our community is by using your Twitter account and a shared hashtag, #bfccps, in any tweets relating to school activities.
In addition to capturing special moments on a school-wide level with @bfccps, during the past year, more than 20-faculty have signed up on Twitter. Access to educational resources along with anytime, anywhere professional development has truly been a game changer!
If Twitter is new to you, please review the links below and a tutorial for using Twitter. We hope the use of Twitter will only bolster communication with our community and connect us to the world. If you have any questions surrounding our use of Twitter or any of the events and links surrounding Digital Learning Day activities, don’t hesitate to contact Director of Technology Luke Callahan at email@example.com.
