The Facility Committee is empowered to make recommendations and report to the Board of Trustees regarding all facility related matters. As a board level committee, its purview does not include the day-to-day operations of the school.


  • Provide BFCCPS students, faculty and staff with an environment that is a safe and conducive to learning.
  • Make timely recommendations to the Board regarding any unforeseen or unplanned for facility related issues.
  • Participate in expansion related matters concerning facilities as requested by the Board of Trustees.
  • Work with Landlord as needed through expansion/development process.

Qualifications for Committee Membership:

Expertise in facilities construction or management is highly desirable but not mandatory. Parents, school staff and qualified candidates not affiliated with the school are eligible to join the committee.
